No! Excalify works through licensed Ukrainian payment acquirers like Monobank, LiqPay, Portmone, and Wayforpay. All payments go directly to your merchant account—we never hold your money.
Anywhere! Share in Instagram Stories, DM conversations, your bio link, ads, or sync products to Instagram Shopping. Excalify creates checkout links—where you share them is up to you. All selling methods are included on every plan.
Excalify syncs your products from your existing CRM system (KeyCRM, CSV import, or via API). When orders come in, they sync back to your CRM automatically. We facilitate the connection—your CRM remains the source of truth for inventory.
Your customers can pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, or cash-on-delivery. The available methods depend on your connected payment provider. You can connect up to 3 providers on Growth, or all of them on Business+.
Connect Excalify to Meta to sync your products with Instagram Shopping. Each product links to an Excalify checkout, so you keep full control over payments and orders. Note: You'll need to set up your Instagram Shop manually through Meta—we sync the products and handle checkout.
Yes! Growth plan includes custom colors and logo. Business plan adds full white-label capabilities with custom subdomain. Scale plan offers complete customization including custom integrations.
Excalify charges a simple monthly subscription: Free (25 orders/month), Growth $19, Business $49, or custom for agencies. We don't take any transaction fees. Payment processor fees (from Mono, LiqPay, etc.) apply as normal and go directly to them.
Yes! The free plan has a 25 orders/month limit so you can try things out. Once you upgrade to any paid plan, you get unlimited orders. We want you to sell more, not worry about limits.
